No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or membership will not increase your odds of winning. Free alternate method of entry available. Void where prohibited.

Short Legal Disclaimer

No purchase, payment, or membership is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or membership will not increase your odds of winning. Free alternate method of entry is available. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited. Dream Points and promotional entries are separate. Dream Points may be used for member rewards, status, access, and future perks. Promotional entries are used for sweepstakes drawings. See full Official Rules below.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Dream Drive Society promotional sweepstakes program is Dream Drive Society, LLC, or the applicable affiliated sponsor entity identified on the promotion page (the "Sponsor"). Sponsor contact information should be listed on the website before launch, including mailing address, customer support email, and any required state-specific sponsor disclosures.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. The sweepstakes is open to eligible participants who enter through either the purchase/membership entry methods or the free alternate method of entry described in these Official Rules. Free entries must receive the same opportunity to win as entries associated with eligible purchases, memberships, or promotions, subject to the same limits, deadlines, eligibility rules, and verification requirements.

3. Eligibility

Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, the sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, prize providers, advertising agencies, fulfillment partners, and immediate family or household members of those individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Periods

Dream Drive Society may operate monthly prize drawings, category-specific prize drawings, limited-time promotional drawings, and one or more Grand Prize drawings. Each promotion page must clearly state the start date, end date, entry deadline, drawing date, prize description, approximate retail value, and any special eligibility requirements. All times should be stated in Pacific Time unless otherwise posted. Entries received outside the applicable promotion period are not eligible for that promotion.

5. Two-Part Program: Dream Points and Promotional Entries

Dream Drive Society uses a two-part system:

Any website, checkout, receipt, advertisement, or member dashboard should clearly identify whether the participant is receiving Dream Points, promotional entries, or both.

6. Dream Points for Eligible Purchases

Eligible purchases of Dream Drive Society merchandise, digital bundles, and other qualifying items may earn Dream Points at the rate of one hundred twenty-five (125) Dream Points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, returned items, gift cards, and non-qualifying fees. Example: a $39 eligible merchandise purchase may earn 4,875 Dream Points. A $100 eligible digital bundle may earn 12,500 Dream Points. A $1,000 eligible digital bundle may earn 125,000 Dream Points.

7. Digital Bundles

Digital bundles may be offered as member-support, content, and community products. Digital bundles should include real digital value such as digital posters, wallpapers, event guides, travel guides, garage checklists, digital magazines, sponsor discount guides, member badges, behind-the-scenes content, or other digital goods. Digital bundles should not be described as "entries only." Digital bundles may be offered up to $1,000 in value. Eligible digital bundle purchases may earn Dream Points at the rate of 125 Dream Points per $1. Any promotional entries associated with digital bundles must have an equal free alternate method of entry.

8. Membership Tiers and Monthly Promotional Bonus Entries

Dream Drive Society memberships provide access to community benefits, partner discounts, exclusive drops, member-only content, event invitations, priority access, and other membership perks. Membership may also include monthly promotional bonus entries. Membership entries must be clearly disclosed and must be matched by a free alternate method of entry that provides an equal opportunity to receive the same number of entries without purchase or payment.

9. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, payment, or membership, eligible participants may use the free alternate method of entry. The AMOE must be made available on the website and in the Official Rules before launch. The free entry method must provide the same opportunity to receive promotional entries as paid purchase or membership methods, subject to the same per-person limits, promotion periods, eligibility requirements, and verification rules.

Recommended website AMOE process: An eligible participant may complete the free entry form at [INSERT AMOE URL] during the applicable promotion period. The participant must provide full legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and the promotion or drawing they are entering. Sponsor may require email verification, CAPTCHA, fraud screening, and confirmation that the entrant accepts the Official Rules. No purchase is required.

Recommended mail-in AMOE alternative: An eligible participant may hand print their full legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, promotion name, and the words "Dream Drive Society Free Entry Request" on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the deadlines stated on the promotion page. Each valid mail-in request will receive the applicable number of promotional entries stated in the Official Rules, subject to the same entry limits.

Free entries should be awarded at the same promotional-entry value as qualifying paid methods. Example: if a $100 digital bundle receives 12,500 promotional entries in a specific promotion, a free entrant must be able to obtain 12,500 promotional entries for that same promotion through the AMOE, subject to the same monthly cap and verification requirements. If Sponsor does not want to match purchase-based entries as promotional entries, Sponsor should award only Dream Points for purchases and reserve promotional entries for clearly defined bonus-entry promotions that are equally available through AMOE.

10. Entry Limits and Monthly Caps

To keep the program fair, sustainable, and administratively manageable, Sponsor may apply the following limits unless a promotion page states a lower limit:

11. Roll Over and Grand Prize Reset

Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, Dream Points and promotional bonus entries may roll over from month to month until the Grand Prize drawing. After the Grand Prize drawing is completed and verified, entrant accounts reset for the next cycle. Active members retain twenty-five percent (25%) of their eligible prior-cycle balance for the next cycle. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) resets. Sponsor may round fractional retained balances down to the nearest whole point or entry. Sponsor must apply the same rollover and reset rules to paid and free-entry participants on equal terms.

12. Referral Rewards

Qualified referrals may earn 100 promotional bonus entries after the referred person becomes a verified participant, completes any required verification, and is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid. Referral entries are subject to the monthly cap and all verification rules. Referral entries must not be awarded for self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, household abuse, bot traffic, paid traffic that violates platform rules, or any conduct Sponsor determines to be abusive or misleading.

13. Prizes

Prize details, prize values, prize quantities, drawing dates, and fulfillment terms will be listed on the applicable promotion page. Dream Drive Society may offer monthly prizes, category-specific prizes, partner prizes, experience prizes, merchandise prizes, vehicle-related prizes, travel-related prizes, and/or a Grand Prize. The intended Grand Prize may be $150,000 cash, subject to final promotion terms, filings, bonding, and funding requirements. Prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize description.

14. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable promotion. The drawing may be conducted by Sponsor, a third-party sweepstakes administrator, or another independent method selected by Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion, subject to applicable law.

15. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable promotion. A purchase, payment, membership, or paid upgrade does not increase the odds of winning because a free alternate method of entry is available and provides an equal opportunity to receive entries.

16. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, text message, mail, dashboard notification, or another method stated on the promotion page. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax forms, identity verification, background or eligibility screening where permitted, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor or the sweepstakes administrator. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, fails verification, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or violates the Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

17. Taxes and IRS Forms

All taxes and any other expenses not specifically stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax documentation for prizes with a reportable value. Winners may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number before a prize is awarded.

18. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city/state, likeness, voice, social media handle, photo, video, prize information, and statements about the promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor should obtain a separate written release for any substantial filming, travel content, testimonial, or commercial campaign use.

19. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Dream Points and promotional entries associated with purchases, memberships, referrals, or promotions may be reversed, cancelled, deducted, or voided if the underlying transaction is refunded, returned, cancelled, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, disputed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. Sponsor may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse refunds, chargebacks, referrals, AMOE submissions, or promotion rules.

20. Account Rules

Each person may maintain only one participant account unless Sponsor expressly permits otherwise. Multiple accounts, duplicate identities, fake identities, automated accounts, household abuse, referral abuse, bot activity, and attempts to manipulate entries, points, referrals, drawings, or eligibility are prohibited. Sponsor may require identity verification at any time. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the program, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the integrity of the promotion.

21. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, supply issues, administrative errors, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable entries, messages, mail, emails, or prize claims; technical failures; website outages; platform issues; or unauthorized human intervention.

22. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners, social media platforms, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the promotion, acceptance or use of any prize, travel or experience prize participation, or any violation of these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.

23. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the promotion or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Sponsor should consult counsel before finalizing governing law, venue, arbitration, jury waiver, and class-action waiver language because enforceability varies by state.

24. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor should publish a Privacy Policy before launch and link it from the Official Rules, AMOE form, checkout, and membership pages.

25. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Shopify, Stripe, Apple, Google, or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising out of the promotion. Platform terms and advertising policies still apply.

26. State Filings, Bonds, and Exclusions

Sponsor must complete all required registrations, bonds, trust accounts, filings, and approvals before offering promotions in jurisdictions where those steps are required. For promotions with total prizes greater than $5,000, Florida and New York may require registration and bonding/trust documentation. Until required filings are complete, Sponsor should either exclude those states from the applicable promotion or delay launch. Additional state or local requirements may apply depending on prize type, advertising method, and promotion structure.

27. Winners List

For a winners list, send a written request to [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS] with the promotion name and the words "Winners List Request." Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the applicable drawing date unless a different deadline is stated on the promotion page.

28. Official Rules Control

In the event of any conflict between advertising, website summaries, social media posts, emails, member dashboard text, checkout text, FAQs, or other promotional materials and the final Official Rules, the final Official Rules control. Sponsor may update these rules prospectively, but changes should not materially impair entries already received unless required by law or necessary to protect promotion integrity.
