TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective date: July 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of dreamdrivesociety.com and Dream Drive Society memberships, merchandise, and digital bundles. Sweepstakes entries and drawings are governed by the Official Rules, which control over these Terms for anything sweepstakes-related.

  1. Eligibility & accounts. You must be 18+ and a U.S. resident (50 states + D.C.) to purchase memberships or enter promotions. One account per person. You're responsible for account security and accurate information.
  2. Memberships & billing. Memberships bill monthly at the tier price shown at signup until cancelled. Cancel anytime effective end of the current billing period from your account dashboard or via support. ⚠️OWNER⚠️ [Confirm refund policy — recommend: no partial-month refunds; state auto-renewal disclosures per state law, e.g., CA].
  3. Merchandise & digital bundles. Prices shown at checkout; shipping times and costs disclosed before purchase. Digital bundles deliver instantly and are non-refundable once delivered except where law requires. ⚠️OWNER⚠️ [Merch return window: recommend 30 days, unworn].
  4. Dream Points & promotional entries. Have no cash value, are not property, are non-transferable, and may be reversed on refund, chargeback, fraud, or rules violations, as described in the Official Rules.
  5. No purchase necessary. Purchases never improve odds of winning. Free entry is available at /free-entry and by mail per the Official Rules.
  6. Acceptable use. No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, referral abuse, scraping, or interference with the site or drawings.
  7. Intellectual property. Site content, marks, and media belong to us or our licensors; personal, non-commercial use only.
  8. Disclaimers & liability. Site provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
