Information we collect

• You give us: name, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth (required for sweepstakes eligibility), payment details (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), free-entry (AMOE) form submissions, and support messages.
• Collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and cookies/similar technologies for site function and analytics.

How we use it

To run memberships and orders; administer sweepstakes (eligibility, entry tracking, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, required tax reporting); send transactional messages; send marketing you can opt out of at any time; prevent fraud and duplicate accounts; and comply with law, including sweepstakes record-keeping and state filings.

How we share it

With service providers (payments, email, hosting, analytics, shipping), the independent sweepstakes administrator (Aiffiniti LLC), prize providers when needed to fulfill your prize, and authorities when legally required. Winner's name, city/state, and likeness may be used for publicity as described in the Official Rules, where lawful. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from marketing via any email footer. Depending on your state (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to Builds@retrospeedshop.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the legally required window.

Data retention, security, children

We keep sweepstakes records as long as law requires, then delete or anonymize. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no system is 100% secure. Our services are for adults 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 — contact us for removal if you believe we have.
